The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) tried to attack one of the thermal power plants (CHP) in Kursk. This was announced on November 8 by the governor of the region, Alexander Khinstein.

"Fortunately, the enemy's attempt was in vain: the facility is operating normally, the infrastructure is not disrupted, there are no interruptions in the heat supply," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
