The house of Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni was robbed during the Champions League match.

The house of 26-year-old defender of the Italian club Internazionale, Alessandro Bastoni, located in the municipality of Castelli Calepio in Lombardy, was robbed when the footballer left for Milan to participate in the Champions League match against Kairat. This was reported on November 7 by La Gazzetta.

"On Wednesday evening (November 5th. — Ed.) a gang of at least four people broke into his house. The thieves, dressed in dark clothes and scarves, <...> immediately targeted the bedroom and dressing room and stole designer bags and watches," the article says.

It also emphasizes that the robbery lasted only a few minutes, because the alarm went off and forced the intruders to leave the house. They fled before the arrival of the police, who got their hands on the CCTV footage after the incident. Representatives of the Italian law enforcement agencies are currently investigating the incident.

On October 24, Le Dauphine Liberty newspaper learned that the multiple winner of the biathlon World Championships and Olympic medalist, Frenchwoman Julia Simon, pleaded guilty to theft. According to the newspaper, the victim was her teammate Justine Brezaz-Boucher, as well as two other people. It was clarified that the defendant carried out operations with bank cards back in 2021 in France and Norway.
