A woman was injured in the Belgorod region when an APU drone attacked a social facility

As a result of drone attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in four municipalities of the Belgorod region, a civilian was injured. This was announced on November 7 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In the city of Grayvoron, an explosive device was dropped from a drone onto a social facility. The woman, who received a shrapnel wound to the soft tissues of the shoulder and barotrauma, was taken by self-defense fighters to the Grayvoronskaya CRH (central district hospital. — Ed.)," said the head of the region.

Gladkov clarified that after providing emergency care, the victim will continue outpatient treatment. As a result of the attack, the roof of the building and a truck were damaged.

"In the village of Tishanka, Volokonovsky district, roofs were destroyed after explosive devices were dropped from a drone in a building of a social facility and two private houses. In addition, one household was destroyed by fire," the governor added.

The attacks also affected the Shebekinsky and Valuysky districts, where private houses, cars and administrative buildings were damaged. In the village of Golovkino, windows were broken and roofs were cut off in three residential buildings. Rescue services continue to clarify the extent of the destruction and provide assistance to the victims.

On the same day, in the village of Posokhovo in the Belgorod region, an APU drone attacked a car carrying Yulia Lomonosov, deputy head of the Koloskovo territorial administration. He added that the victim was taken to Valuyskaya CRH. Doctors determined that the woman had a mine-explosion injury and a wound to the soft tissues of her head.
