A cleaner who got her address wrong was shot in the USA
In the US state of Indiana, 32-year-old cleaner Maria Florinda Rios Perez was shot dead because she got the address of the house wrong. This was reported on November 6 by NBC News.
"It's so unfair. She was just trying to earn money to feed her family. She accidentally went to the wrong house. He (the owner of the house. — Ed.) should not have taken her life," said the victim's brother Rudy Rios.
He added that his sister had not managed to enter the house when she was shot. Maria had four children, writes NBC News.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident, but local investigator Boone Justin Sparks believes that this murder may not be recognized as a crime, ABC WRTV notes.
Earlier, on August 1, a driver who tried to enter the Davis-Monthan military base in Arizona was shot dead in the United States. It was clarified that the suspect, having driven up to the main gate, did not stop and did not introduce himself. The commander of the 355th Air Wing, Colonel Jose Cabrera, expressed regret over the incident, CBS New added.
