The Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg insists on holding a parliamentary investigation into the causes of the emergency in the north of the city. In October, a sinkhole occurred on the territory of the Vyborg sewage collector in the area of Kharchenko Street and 1st Murinsky Avenue.
