Russia is ready to contribute to the normalization of relations between Baku and Yerevan. This was announced on November 7 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

"It is appropriate to recall that the current stage of the Armenian-Azerbaijani normalization started with the direct assistance and central role of Russia with the adoption of the trilateral summit statement of November 9, 2020 on the cessation of fire and all hostilities in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone," she said.
