The reconstruction of the Yunost stadium is being completed in Perm. All key construction works have already been completed, the head of the region Dmitry Makhonin said in his Telegram.

The artificial ice freezing system on the skating circuit is currently being tested. The installation makes it possible to prepare ice even in warm weather and maintain it in good condition.

"This sports facility is one of the favorite places for skating among athletes, residents and visitors of the city. In the coming winter, we will be able to fall in love with the renovated complex again," the governor said.

According to the <url> news agency, for more than a century of history, the Yunost stadium has changed its name and appearance several times. Over time, the playground turned from a velodrome into the main city sports facility.

Earlier it was reported that the park of culture and recreation "Happiness is" will be renovated in Perm. Playgrounds will be installed on the territory of the public space, paths will be arranged and lighting will be installed.
