Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are ordered to shoot at civilians when trying to approach them. This was reported on November 7 by prisoner of war Dmitry Nevmyvako, whose interrogation footage was published by the Russian Defense Ministry.

According to Nevmyvako, he was mobilized in Dnepropetrovsk. The man was captured on the street and taken to the military enlistment office, and then taken to the front. In the positions, as the prisoner of war noted, he always had to report on his actions.

"On occasion, if civilians were seen, [it was necessary] to report how many civilians there were in the village, who they were, and almost interrogate them. <...> Do not let them near you, almost kill them if they approach," he said.

Earlier, on November 1, prisoner of war Vyacheslav Krevenko said that the Ukrainian military, surrounded in Krasnoarmeysk, began to surrender. According to him, he was captured in the area of Krasnoarmeysk in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). He noted that their commander had betrayed them, so they decided not to resist and surrender.
