In Ukraine, 40% of students in schools speak Russian with classmates. This was announced on November 6 by Svetlana Babinets, head of the Ukrainian Central Interregional Department of the State Education Quality Service.

"40% of students communicate with classmates in Russian during breaks," she said during a press conference at the Ukrainian Media Center.
