Senior Sergeant Novokshchenov identified and helped destroy the firing points and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

During the special military operation, Senior Sergeant Roman Novokshchenov, performing the task of scouting the area near the line of contact, identified and contributed to the destruction of camouflaged firing points and heavy equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on November 7 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

As the reconnaissance group approached a given area, the senior sergeant decided to use a quadcopter for a detailed survey of the area. During aerial reconnaissance, a camouflaged AFU stronghold was discovered, including several firing points and heavy equipment.

The coordinates were immediately transmitted to the artillery, the senior sergeant corrected the fire. As a result of accurate artillery strikes, the enemy's firing points were suppressed, and the equipment was destroyed. After that, the Russian assault groups occupied the liberated positions without losses.

Novokshchenov's professionalism made it possible to inflict significant losses on the enemy in manpower and equipment, as well as to ensure the advancement of Russian units to more advantageous positions for further offensive.

The Russian Defense Ministry also noted the decisive actions of Corporal Evgeny Zatonsky, who performed the tasks of protecting and defending camouflaged strongholds near the line of contact.

While on duty, the corporal noticed the stealthy movement of an enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group heading towards our positions. After reporting to the command, he joined the battle with the Ukrainian militants.

Quickly changing positions and firing accurately, Zatonsky inflicted significant damage on the enemy, despite his numerical superiority. As a result of the fierce clash, the Ukrainian nationalists suffered significant losses, left the wounded and retreated.

The dedication and determination of the corporal helped prevent the capture of our positions and save the lives of our soldiers.

Chemezov reported to Putin on the possibility of detecting inconspicuous targets and suppressing previously invulnerable drones.

On November 6, the Ministry of Defense reported that Junior Lieutenant Yevgeny Sotnikov had successfully completed the task of capturing a stronghold and destroying 10 unmanned aerial vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during its military operation. It was clarified that Sotnikov demonstrated high tactical skills by organizing effective interaction of his assault group.
