The operation of the Brussels airport was suspended for half an hour due to an unknown unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). This was reported on November 6 by the RTBF TV channel, citing sources.

"A representative of Skeyes has confirmed that air traffic at Brussels airport has been disrupted <...> due to the presence of a drone nearby," the publication says.

It is clarified that after the resumption of the Brussels airways, the activities of Liege Airport were suspended for the same reason.

The Reuters news agency, citing representatives of the aviation company, reported on November 4 that Brussels International Airport was temporarily closed after reports of UAVs. According to the DH publication, drones were also detected at the American military base Kleine-Brogel, which is located in Belgium near the city of Per.
