More than 1.3 thousand large families received land plots in the Moscow region

In the Moscow Region, over 1.3 thousand large families received free land plots in the first ten months of 2025. This is reported by the regional Ministry of Property Relations.

"In the first ten months of 2025, 1,304 large families in the region received land plots for free in 47 city and municipal districts," the report says.

Six districts have become the most active in providing land for large families. So, in Zhukovsky, 140 families were given land, in Domodedovo — 131 families, in Elektrostal — 108 families, in Podolsk — 89. 79 families each received land plots in Odintsovo and Orekhovo-Zuyevsky districts.

According to the head of the minimushchestvo Tikhon Firsov, a total of 38,840 families have received assistance in improving living conditions since the beginning of the law. The process does not stop. To date, 3347 new land plots have been formed, of which 2,239 are in operation.

According to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, families can refuse to receive land and receive compensation in the amount of 400 thousand rubles.

Earlier this fall, it was reported that large families will expand the list of property protected from foreclosure. The Ministry of Justice has prepared a bill that must be approved by the government. Land plots granted by the state as a measure of support for large families will be prohibited from being taken away for debts. The mechanism will be extended to the family's only car.
