The driver of a Mercedes car killed a man in the north of Moscow
A man was hit by a car on Afanasovskoye highway in the north of Moscow. This was announced by the press service of the Moscow Department of the State Traffic Inspectorate on Thursday, November 6.
"On Afanasovskoye highway, the driver of a Mercedes car ran over a male pedestrian who was crossing the roadway at an unidentified location. The pedestrian died on the spot from his injuries," the Moscow City News Agency quoted the report as saying.
Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate and the investigative team are working at the scene of the accident. The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
Earlier, on November 4, in the Rostov region, six hockey players from a children's team who were injured in an accident on the Volgodonsk–Rostov-on-Don highway went to a medical facility, Moscow 24 writes.
It is noted that four cars and a minibus collided in the accident. As a result of the incident, two people died, reports NSN.
