The State Duma proposed to change the voting scheme at the residents' meeting

The State Duma has begun drafting a new bill that is aimed at falsifying the minutes of the general meeting of homeowners, Svetlana Razvorotneva, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services, told Izvestia.

— One of the proposed innovations: each house owner will receive a notification of voting at the meeting, so that the owner can file a complaint about the falsification of his vote to the Housing Inspectorate through the State Services, — said the deputy.

It is also proposed to change the system of transmitting the minutes of the owners' meeting to the GJI. The management company is currently providing information about the results of the meeting. The deputies propose to remove the Criminal Code from this chain, and consider the protocol that appeared in the GIS housing and communal services system to be the last reliable version of the protocol.
