On November 6, the Moscow Arbitration Court held a hearing on the bankruptcy case of Timur Kirov (former name Temirkan Kipov), the ultimate beneficiary of Dom—Master Management Company. The court considered creditors' applications for the return of shares and stakes in more than 30 companies to the bankruptcy estate.

The court decided to involve third parties in the hearing and reschedule the hearing for January 13, 2026, the Izvestia correspondent reports.

The court also considered the issue of maintaining interim measures for shares and shares of companies owned, in the opinion of representatives of Dom Master Management Company, Timur Kirov. They believe that this is necessary to prevent further withdrawal of assets, which can be used to repay creditors' claims.

The court refused to separate into separate proceedings and lift restrictive measures against the shares and shares of companies of Azamat Guchetl, whose companies, according to creditors, were controlled by Kirov. The representative of PJSC MOEK stated at the court hearing that the damage caused to the energy sector of the Moscow region amounts to 2 billion rubles, and the interim measures are aimed at returning assets transferred abroad to the Russian Federation.

"The court, conferring on the spot, satisfies all requests for recovery. We accept the request to involve new persons as co-defendants. <...> Involve Sberbank PJSC as a third party. Guchetl's request to separate the case into separate proceedings should be refused and the court session postponed until 10 a.m. on January 13," the judge announced.

Earlier, the courts found that Kirov had created the Capital-Invest group of companies, which includes Dom-Master. As the court pointed out, Kirov built a business model in which the heads of companies were nominally appointed, but in fact they were managed by Kirov, and he also received income, it turned out during the court dispute. Instead of settlements with creditors, the Criminal Code allegedly withdrew money through fictitious transactions in favor of interested parties. As a result, the Dom-Master company owed heat suppliers more than 1.6 billion rubles.
