In Belarus, diesel fuel caught fire at the Naftan oil refinery in Novopolotsk. This was reported on October 6 in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the country.

"The units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are working on a report of a diesel fuel ignition of a technological installation at around 20 m on the territory of JSC Naftan in Novopolotsk," the message says.
