In the Kurgan region, the Polovinsky district prosecutor's office secured compensation in favor of a boy who was injured at a summer camp. The institution, by a court decision, must pay the child 100 thousand rubles.

According to the <url> news agency, with reference to the regional supervisory authority, it was established that when the minor was in a health camp, he was injured while exercising on a horizontal bar.

At the same time, the camp management did not provide the necessary control over the child.

The agency notes that it is not the first time in the Kurgan region that courts have sought compensation in favor of children who have suffered through the fault of municipal authorities or institutions. So, the Kurgan administration paid the girl, bitten by a stray dog, 70 thousand rubles. A schoolboy from the Mishkin district received 20 thousand rubles for an injury in a physical education lesson.

Earlier it was reported that in the Khabarovsk Territory, a child who was injured on a playground was compensated in the amount of 300 thousand rubles. A basketball hoop fell on a 10-year-old boy while playing on the playground. As it turned out, it was poorly secured.
