November is the best month to check and protect pension rights. This was stated on November 5 by Vadim Vinogradov, Dean of the HSE Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, in an interview with RT.

"Citizens can apply for pension recalculation at any time of the year, but November has a number of practical advantages for solving such issues. The main task for this period is to obtain and analyze an up—to-date statement from an individual personal account through the Gosuslugi portal or the customer service of the Social Fund of Russia," he said.
