Ukrainian Armed Forces UAVs attacked energy facilities in Kostroma region

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in Volgorechensk, Kostroma region The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked energy facilities. Air defense systems repelled the attack, there were no casualties. This was announced on November 6 by the governor of the region Sergey Sitnikov.

"A drone attack was repelled in Volgorechensk, Kostroma region. In the morning, residents of the city heard the work of the protective system — several claps sounded," the governor's Telegram channel said.

It is specified that operational services eliminate the consequences at energy infrastructure facilities. Sitnikov added that the power supply has not been disrupted.

Earlier, on November 5, the governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov reported that a man was injured in the region as a result of an attack by an APU drone on a car. In addition, other attacks occurred in several more settlements: in Grayvorona, the fence of a private house and a commercial building were damaged, and in the village of Smorodino, a gas pipe was broken due to the detonation of a UAV.
