On November 5, American leader Donald Trump announced that the United States has the "greatest nuclear power" in the world and is ahead of the Russian and Chinese sides.

"We are a leading nuclear power, although I hate to say this, because that in itself is terrible," he said during a speech at the American Business Forum in Miami.

In addition, the US president said that the American side may develop a plan for the denuclearization of all three states.

Earlier, on November 5, the United States conducted a test launch of an unloaded Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM). The test launch was carried out from the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. It is noted that the unarmed returned part of the ICBM flew about 4.2 thousand miles to the Ronald Reagan test site.

Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, at a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and members of the Russian Security Council, in turn, called it advisable to begin immediate preparations for Russia's full-scale nuclear tests.
