The action "Military-patriotic Dictation – 2025" will be held in the theater of the Russian Army

On December 1, the Central Academic Theater of the Russian Army in Moscow will host the IV Annual All-Russian educational campaign "Military–Patriotic Dictation - 2025", organized by the Avangard Educational and Methodological Center for Military-Patriotic Education of Youth with the assistance of the Foundation for the Support and Development of Military Culture and Recreation.

The idea of holding a dictation originated in 2022 on the eve of Conscription Day. Over the period from 2022 to 2024, more than 800 thousand residents from all regions of Russia took part in it. Interest in military-patriotic education is growing, as evidenced by the annual increase in the number of Dictation participants.

The Dictation in 2025 is a landmark event in connection with the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the fifth anniversary of the founding of the UMC Avangard. Dictation will be one of the key events in the anniversary program, demonstrating the effectiveness of the Center for the Preservation of historical memory and patriotic education of young people.

"The military-patriotic dictation is a significant educational initiative that allows citizens to better understand the historical foundations of our state and pay tribute to the feat of previous generations. Holding such an action marks an important stage in the systematic work on military-patriotic education, which the Avangard Center is engaged in. In modern conditions, this work is becoming particularly relevant, forming a conscious civic position among teenagers and in society as a whole, based on knowledge of the country's history, culture and traditions," said Daria Borisova, director of the Avangard Cultural Center, deputy of the Moscow City Duma.

The educational campaign will be held in two formats: full—time format - the main venue will be the Central Academic Theater of the Russian Army (TSATRA). The face-to-face stage will also be held simultaneously at venues in all regions of the Russian Federation. It starts on December 01, 2025 at 10:00 (Moscow time). The age of the participants is from 14 years old; online format - everyone, regardless of age, will be able to write Dictation remotely on the official website of the Action.

Schoolchildren, students, cadets, military personnel, as well as all Russian citizens and compatriots are invited to participate.

Participants will have to answer 25 questions in 45 minutes. The tasks will cover key periods of Russian military history, from the military exploits of ancient Russia to the modern achievements of the Russian Army, including the block dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, as well as issues related to state symbols, literature and art on patriotic themes. In addition, in connection with the celebration of the fifth anniversary of the UMC "Avangard", a specialized thematic block dedicated to the activities of the Center was added to the list of issues.
