Metropolitan brands can receive the "Social Enterprise" trademark
The label "Social enterprise. More than Business" will appear on the products of the capital's brands operating in this segment. To receive a distinctive badge, you need to submit an application on the website of the founder, the Foundation for the Support of Social Projects, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.
The Fund was created by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the Moscow Government.
"The logo will emphasize that the brand implements socially significant initiatives. This format was first tested in the online showroom "Made in Moscow". More than 30 entrepreneurs from the capital have already received a special badge," the Vice mayor noted. Then, as part of the piloting, a "Social Enterprise" filter was created, and a special sign was added to the product cards. Now the project is being scaled to all relevant organizations in the capital and other regions.
Representatives of the business community included in the register of social enterprises of Russia have the right to use the mark. Those who have not yet received this status are offered to evaluate the social effectiveness of the business using the self-diagnosis service "Polzamer".
Natalia Kremneva, Director of the Foundation, noted that the sign is "A social enterprise. More than a business" is not just a label. "We are creating a full-fledged brand that lives in a variety of formats. In addition to registering with Rospatent, we hold an annual forum, establish special nominations in industry competitions, actively present the sign at mass events and conduct constant educational work in social networks and the media. Our goal is for everyone to recognize this logo and understand that there is a story of real social impact behind it," Kremneva explained.
