Amur Technopark to be built in Khabarovsk Territory

The Government of the Russian Federation should apply a unified experimental legal regime for the introduction of new technologies in all subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District and in the land territories of the Arctic zone. Starting from January 1, 2027, a single preferential business regime should be introduced in the Far East and the Arctic, while maintaining preferential conditions and preferences for residents of the Pacific Rim and the free port of Vladivostok.
