The Pskov Magistrate's court found Lev Shlosberg, deputy chairman of the Yabloko party (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation), guilty of evading the duties of a foreign agent and assigned him 420 hours of compulsory labor. This was announced on November 5 by the joint press service of the Pskov courts in its Telegram channel.

"The justice of the Peace found the defendant guilty of committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced him to compulsory labor for a period of 420 hours," the statement said.

According to the court, in 2024, Shlosberg was twice brought to administrative responsibility for violating the duties of a foreign agent. Despite this, in the period from May 12 to July 31 last year, he marked up publications on his page on the VKontakte social network at least five times without labeling a foreign agent.

Shlosberg was included in the register of foreign agents in Russia on June 16, 2023. The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation noted that the politician opposed the special military operation in Ukraine, participated in the creation and dissemination of information materials from other foreign agents, and also disseminated false information about the decisions taken by the country's authorities and their policies.

On June 10 of this year, Shlosberg was detained. It was clarified that he, using a pseudonym, posted videos on social networks that were aimed at discrediting the Russian army. In October, the politician was returned to house arrest.
