The doctor reminded that resistance to seasonal declines directly depends on nutrition. The basis of good health is a balanced diet, which must include seasonal vegetables rich in antioxidants. Equally important are foods that support the intestinal microflora, fermented dairy products and all kinds of fermented dishes.

The journal Science Daily reported that scientists from the University of Chicago and Columbia University have found that increasing the consumption of fruits and vegetables can significantly improve sleep quality. According to the study, adding these foods to the diet during the day promotes a deeper and more restful sleep in the evening.
