The air defense forces repelled an attack by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on Orel, as a result of falling drone debris, several private houses and an outbuildings were damaged. This was announced on November 5 by Andrey Klychkov, Governor of the Orel region.

"As a result of the work of the air defense forces over Orel, enemy UAVs were destroyed. When individual elements fell, several private houses and outbuildings were damaged," he said in a message on his Telegram channel.

The governor clarified that at the moment there is no information about the victims as a result of the incident. Specialists are working at the crash sites.

Earlier, on November 4, the governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov reported that two civilians were injured as a result of drone attacks The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the region. The first victim was a resident of the village of Gora—Podol, Grayvoronsky district, who suffered a barotrauma during the detonation of a drone. The second is a man from the village of Golovchino, who was taken to Grayvoronskaya CRH, and will be sent to Belgorod hospital No. 2 for further examination.
