A westerly wind with a speed of 3-10 m/s is expected.

On November 4, representatives of the Hydrometeorological Center warned that fog is expected in the capital on the night of Wednesday, November 5, which is why a "yellow" weather hazard level has been declared there, which will last from 21:00 on November 4 to 09:00 on November 5. A similar level of danger has been established in the Moscow region. Experts urged motorists to be especially careful in such conditions.
