More than 93 thousand tons of electronics were recycled in Moscow in January – September

Moscow enterprises are increasing the processing of industrial waste and the production of recyclable products. This was announced on Tuesday, November 4, according to the website of the Moscow City Hall.

According to the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, the urban industry actively supports the "green" agenda — it recycles plastic, paper, electronics and scrap metal, turning them into new materials and components.

In the first nine months of 2025, it processed more than 93 thousand tons of raw materials, which is 30% more than a year earlier. The technology allows to extract up to 98% of metals for reuse, the website writes. kp.ru .

There are also about 600 points of the Moscow Eco-Points project in the capital, where machinery, textiles, clothing, tires and other waste are accepted for recycling, the Moscow City News agency reports.
