Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved a list of instructions following the results of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF). This decree was published on the government's website on November 1.

"Vladimir Putin has approved a list of instructions based on the results of the Eastern Economic Forum held on September 5, 2025," the document says.

As part of the initiative, the Russian leader instructed the Russian government to approve a roadmap for the extraction of rare earth metals and the development of logistics centers on the border with China and the DPRK by February 2026 by December.
