A fire broke out at an electrical substation in the Volgograd region as a result of falling debris from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on November 3 by the governor of the region Andrey Bocharov.

"A fire was detected at the site of the Frolovskaya electric substation as a result of falling UAV debris," the official channel of the Volgograd Region administration quoted the governor as saying on the Telegram channel.

It is specified that all the resources and forces necessary to eliminate the consequences have been mobilized at the facility. No injuries or damage were recorded.

On November 2, Bocharov reported that air defense systems had repelled a massive drone attack on energy infrastructure facilities in the Volgograd Region. It was clarified that there were no injuries.
