After summoning Russian Ambassador Alexei Paramonov to the Italian Foreign Ministry, Moscow had a reason to remind Rome about the criminality of financing Kiev. This was announced on November 3 by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova.
