The air temperature in Moscow will range from +8 to +10 degrees during the day. At night, the thermometer will drop to +3 degrees.
In the Moscow region, it will be from +5 to +10 degrees during the day, and the temperature may drop to 0 degrees at night.
A westerly wind with a speed of 6-11 m/s is expected.
Atmospheric pressure will range from 750 to 754 mmHg.
On November 1, Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, reported that an overabundance of precipitation is predicted in several federal districts of Russia by the beginning of the last autumn month. According to him, this will primarily affect the Kola Peninsula, Murmansk and Leningrad regions, Karelia, as well as the north of the Urals — Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrugs.
