Belgian Defense Minister Theo Franken has dropped his threats to "wipe Moscow off the face of the earth." In an interview with RTBF on November 3, the minister accused the newspaper De Morgen of distorting information.
"You need to read the interview I gave to [the newspaper] Humo. But then the newspaper De Morgen really distorted what I said, very viciously, incorrectly and unfairly," Franken said.
