"What Europe is doing is a problem for Europe itself, because we know the consequences of all the decisions it has made in previous years. <...> For our part, we are not actually looking at Europe's decisions. We are looking at where the markets are developing," he said.

Oreshkin also stressed that if we evaluate global growth, the main actions are now focused on East Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
