US President Donald Trump said that America's ability to exert economic pressure on Russia is limited due to the low level of trade between the countries. In an interview with CBS on November 2, he noted that the policy of pressure through duties is not always effective.
"I think it works with [Russian President Vladimir— Putin. I did something different with him because we don't have much business with Russia, you know? He's not the one who buys a lot from us," Trump explained.
