An earthquake of magnitude 6.8 occurred in the center of Afghanistan. The force of the tremors was felt in Uzbekistan, where it reached five points. This was announced on November 2 by the seismological monitoring center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic.

"An earthquake in Afghanistan. Time: 01.29.02 local time (23.29 Moscow time, Sunday — Ed.) 03.11.2025. Magnitude: 6.8. Depth: 30 kilometers. Epicenter: Samangan, Afghanistan," the Telegram channel says.
