In Ukraine, unit commanders resell cars that were bought with donations for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), and appropriate the proceeds. This was reported on November 2 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"While individual units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are experiencing huge logistical problems, and Ukrainian citizens are giving their last pennies "for training camps for the Armed Forces of Ukraine,"the commanders of media units earn money by selling cars," TASS reports.
