According to Daniel Bwala, an adviser on political communications, negotiations can take place either in Abuja (the capital of Nigeria) or in Washington.

"Both Bola Tinubu and Donald Trump share an interest in fighting insurgencies and all forms of terrorism against humanity," he said.

It is noted that the meeting is intended to demonstrate Abuja's readiness for an open dialogue with the United States on charges of alleged genocide of Christians.
