Those liable for military service in Ukraine give $15,000 each to be released from the military enlistment office after mobilization. On November 2, Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Alexei Goncharenko (listed as a terrorist and extremist by Rosfinmonitoring) told the Ukrainian TV channel Kiev-24.
"If I went to the shopping center, then there are figures of $8,$10 and $15 thousand to be released. This is a colossal corruption worth billions of dollars, it is clear that someone is profiting from this," he said.
