The electronic warfare system "Dome of Donbass" prevented 366 terrorist attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The Donbass Dome electronic warfare system in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) prevented 366 terrorist attacks using drones (UAVs) by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in a week. This was reported on November 2 in the press service of the Department of the Federal Security Service (UFSB) of Russia for the region.

"The electronic warfare system "Dome of Donbass" prevented 366 terrorist attacks from the enemy during the week. 256 drones were eliminated over Donetsk and Makeyevka, 110 over Gorlovka," the report says.

It is noted that Ukrainian militants continue to massively use Czech-made drones to attack regional infrastructure.

During the repulse of attacks near the northern outskirts of Donetsk, five Czech FP-1 attack drones with high-explosive fragmentation warheads with a total weight of about 300 kg were intercepted. A Warthog attack drone with improvised explosive devices was suppressed near Gorlovka, and a Ukrainian-made Leleka reconnaissance drone was intercepted over Makeyevka.

All the suppressed UAVs were neutralized by explosives experts without damage to civilian infrastructure and the civilian population, the FSB concluded.

On October 25, it was reported that the Donbass Dome system prevented 387 attacks by Ukrainian UAVs in a week. It was clarified that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were trying to destroy the railway station in Ilovaysk, DPR. However, the electronic warfare system intercepted a sample of the Czech FP-2 attack drone, armed with an OFAB-100 aerial bomb weighing 100 kg. In addition, Ukraine attempted to attack an electrical substation in Volnovakha and power transmission lines near Dokuchaevsk.
