Illegal buildings began to be forcibly dismantled at the Galley Harbor in St. Petersburg. A two-story booth and a house on the coast were the first to be hit. 78.ru on Saturday, November 1st.
The work is being carried out by the city Property Control Committee. In total, it is planned to demolish about 50 facilities, including kiosks and pontoon pipes.
Galernaya Harbor has the status of a cultural heritage site of federal significance. In this regard, any significant changes in its territory must be coordinated with the Committee for the Protection of Monuments.
