Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded the Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry for G20, APEC and BEP issues, Marat Berdyev, the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. The relevant decree was posted on the official publication portal of legal acts on November 1.
