Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded the Russian Ambassador to Mauritius, Irada Zeynalova, the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. The relevant decree was published on November 1 on the official portal for the publication of legal acts.
