VTB announced the expansion of its outbound service
VTB has doubled the number of cities and villages where outbound service has become available. More than 126 million people in 10 thousand localities can use it, the bank's press service said.
In nine months, the volume of sales through the outbound channel has more than doubled compared to last year. The highest growth in demand for the service (13 times) was recorded in the Leningrad Region, as well as the Ryazan Region, Primorsky and Kamchatka Territories (more than four times).
"Almost every tenth VTB customer chooses an on-site service format today. In large cities, it allows you to solve your financial issues, avoiding unnecessary time for traffic jams. For residents of remote regions, this is a full-fledged bank "at home". By the end of the year, we plan to increase its reach to 128 million people, almost across the entire country," said Dmitry Breitenbicher, a member of the VTB Management Board.
This year, the bank has opened 32 logistics centers that coordinate the work of the outbound channel. In the fourth quarter, it is planned to launch new divisions in 24 more cities, including Angarsk, Armavir, Novy Urengoy, Vyborg, Gatchina, and Nizhnekamsk. "This will significantly expand the geography of the service and increase the speed of delivery of banking products. In nine months, the number of employees of the outbound channel has increased 1.4 times and exceeded 2.4 thousand since the beginning of the year," VTB added.
