Volodin: fines are being introduced for violations in preparation for the heating season

In Russia, a number of laws come into force in November, including fines for non-elimination of violations in preparation for the heating period. Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin recalled this on November 1.
"Fines are being imposed for non—elimination of previously identified violations in preparation for the heating period: for legal entities — up to 40 thousand rubles; for officials — up to 10 thousand rubles," Volodin wrote in his Telegram channel.
