The declaration of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in South Korea was approved by consensus. This was announced on November 1 by the Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Marat Berdyev.
"The leaders' declaration and thematic statements on artificial intelligence (AI) and demographic change were approved by consensus. <...> The documents meet Russian interests, are consensual and do not contain geopolitics," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
