More than 300 human remains have been found in the Nevada desert.

More than 300 human remains of unknown origin have been discovered in the desert of the US state of Nevada, The Sun newspaper reported on October 31.

"The remains were discovered on July 28 near the town of Crescent, which is about an hour's drive from Las Vegas," the newspaper notes.

According to the newspaper, piles of cremated remains were found in a deserted area, while there is no identifying information on them. This makes it almost impossible to identify the victims.
