The veterinary service will register the pets. Dog breeders will be fined for violations.

According to the KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, additional requirements for the maintenance of pets will come into force on March 1, 2026. In particular, dogs are allowed to walk in a public place only on a leash, and they should not be allowed to walk on their own.
