The painting by Pablo Picasso, which was previously considered missing during transportation to participate in an exhibition in Spain, had been with the local concierge all this time, who accidentally took it away. This was reported by the newspaper El País on October 31.

According to the newspaper, an exhibition was supposed to be held in Madrid on October 6, but the employees of the CajaGranada cultural center missed one painting by the artist, which was called "Still Life with a Guitar." For 18 days, the police interrogated the two carriers and tracked the van's route from the warehouse.

It turned out that the painting, apparently forgotten by the carriers themselves, accidentally fell into the hands of a 69-year-old concierge. She said she found it near the door and mistook it for a package.

"I thought it was from Amazon or something like that. I took her to the concierge room," the woman said.

On October 25, the Associated Press reported the sale of a portrait of Dora Maar, the muse and lover of Pablo Picasso, at an auction in Paris for $37 million. The work was written in July 1943 and a year later it ended up in a private collection, where it has been for more than 80 years. According to the agency, experts noted the excellent condition of the work.
