The Central Bank named a condition for the exchange rate of 50 rubles per dollar

The ruble's exchange rate against the US dollar could be 50:1 if the US loses control of inflation. This was announced on October 31 by Kirill Tremasov, Adviser to the Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia (CBR) of the Russian Federation, during a visit to the Baltic Federal University of Kaliningrad (BFU).
